Friends of Samburu, Kenya want to thank the Kingwood congregation for their fund raising support. Whether you donated items or worked tirelessly at the garage sale, we raised over $6,000+. All monies directly help fund the double school room being built in the rural village outside of Thompson Falls, Kenya. We still have monies to raise, so save the dates for the next "Everything Holiday" Garage Sale on Oct. 23, 24 and 25. (Thursday thru Saturday). All hands on deck ! A signup will be made available as we approach these dates. Also, if you missed Friends of Samburu June 2025 Mission trip, the charity plans two mission trips a year. One in June, the other in Sept. Dates for the September trip are Sept 6th thru the 22nd. We are hoping to dedicate the school rooms during that time. So consider joining us and experiencing the joy of helping an impoverished community transform. We already have five dedicated travelers so don't wait too long to sign-up. We max out at 14.
